Enjoy the resources of larger universities but the small classroom size and intimate community of a small school at the University of Houston – Victoria . The university is one of four institutions in the University of Houston System and offers 30 bachelor’s and 20 master’s degree programs through its School of Arts and Sciences, School of Business Administration, School of Education and Human Development, and the School of Nursing. The “Degree in Three” program allows students to graduate in three years in the areas of Communication, English, Criminal Justice, History, or Psychology.
