Privacy Policy for Converse International School of Languages

The purpose of this policy is to explain what information is collected, how CISL collects it, and why it is collected when you visit the CISL website.
1. Consent
When you submit your personal data to cisl.edu, Converse International School of Languages processes this personal data for specific purposes. How we process this data, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding this data are outlined in this privacy policy.

When you complete a form on our website, consult with our staff, send an email, request a brochure, make an inquiry through our website, or complete an application for one of our programs, you are voluntarily providing us with information. We collect certain information about you such as (but not limited to): name, address, email, sex, phone number, date of birth, proficiency test scores, passport numbers and information, emergency contact information, U.S. visa applications, and the information of your financial sponsor.
We respect your privacy and never share personal information about you with outside parties unless: it is necessary in relation to work we are doing for you and your company. our company is acquired by another company and would therefore require it to continue working for you. we are requested to do so by lawful authority in relation to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) or U.S. law.
3. Junior Student privacy
For the protection of children’s privacy, we require parental consent from users under the age of 18 who wish to book a course with us.

Personal information collected by cisl.edu is stored in secure environments that are not accessible by the public. You may retain and reuse your personal data for your own purpose.
