COVID-19 Update from the CISL Team

As the COVID-19 situation has continued, we have made the decision at CISL San Diego to move our classes to an online platform as from Wednesday, March 18th until Monday, May 4th, 2020. This time frame follows suit the schedule of the local community colleges, the San Diego Unified School District, and neighboring language schools. This was obviously a difficult decision for us, however we believe that it is in the best interest of our students to do so.

As we will be moving to an online platform  students will still be expected to attend all courses with the same hourly requirement, complete homework, give presentations, etc. Our homestay families have been notified of our move to the online platform for our students. All families and student residences will encourage students to maintain healthy habits while studying at home. Any students who need to extend their homestay due to a change in travel plans will be accommodated.

As always, CISL is committed to providing a superior academic experience to our students. We are hopeful that the situation will improve and it will allow us to operate our summer programs at full capacity. We are happy to work closely with you with anything you may need. If you have additional questions, please feel free to email [email protected]. For any questions regarding our 2020 Junior Programs please contact [email protected]. May you stay healthy and calm during this time. We hope to see you back on campus in April.
